A call to come investigate low pressure in zone 2 is received. We will arrive and diagnose zone 2. We discover a broken head. After receiving permission to proceed with the repair, a new head is installed. With the remaining 30(ish) minutes, an inspection of the system is performed. No further repairs are found, but the controller needs to be reprogrammed. The option is given to the customer to learn, or we will just set it up with the appropriate days/times for that lawn.
